SoFair Farms Tiny Village

We offer 4 drive up locations with 50 Amp Pedestal and public water from hose bib hydrants. For an additional fee of $10 per person, we offer the Bathhouse w/ shower & kitchen as well as Washer/Dryer access for $3 per load. Our Village has several permanent residents and offers long term rentals as well for Tiny Houses. Two night minimums are required although if you want to stay one night, you can at the 2-night rate. If you have kids and want separation for the night, we have a Gypsy Bunkhouse that will sleep 4 in two rooms for $15 per side additional. Bathhouse, Bunkhouse and W/D add-ons are paid when on site after inspection, before use, for your convenience.

We have gardens, a pond and allow dogs under control. The 7-acres affords walking trails and nature in abundance. Biking in the area is fine on our roads as well as the 30-mile loop trail around Fairfield and Jefferson County. We also have a beach environment for swimming at Waterworks Park in town.

The best part is we are close to Fairfield Iowa that has the Arts Scene down with music, dance, art galleries, events at the Sondheim Theater and convention Center, and we have incredible organic and natural foods restaurants. Fairfield is also home to Maharishi University of Management and the town of 10,000 has over 3,000 meditators to spice up and calm down life as you know it.

Whether you just want a couple of nights’ respite and rest, or you want a great mini-vacation near a cool town, SoFair Farms could be your next stop.
